MILO robotic system is an innovative all-in-one, portable and semi-automatic solution, featuring a self-supporting motorized structure with compact dimensions of 1350x1000x1135 mm. It is equipped with rechargeable batteries and a 600x400 mm work surface that can be configured according to the desired application. The robot’s electrical cabinet is integrated directly into the structure, making the system even more functional.

Handling and positioning are easy thanks to the ergonomic control console, which allows the system to be moved in semi-automatic or manual mode, depending on the requirements.

The FANUC CRX-20iA/L collaborative robot, with a 20 kg payload and a 1,418 mm reach, offers simple programming through its drag & drop functionality. This intuitive mode allows the robot to be programmed simply by moving it to the desired position and saving the path taken.

Furthermore, the system is safe, with sensors that trigger an immediate stop in case of contact with a human body, and it features IP67 protection against dust and liquids.
